2-Bedroom Apartment 89 sqm at Telal Al Qurm – Potential Investor Residency

Within the Telal Al Qurm Integrated Tourism Complex, a 2-Bedroom Apartment of 89 sqm, on the 4th floor, finished to a high standard with a Garden view. The location of Telal Al Qurm in Qurm combines privacy with proximity to services, in a fully established district where land for new projects is increasingly scarce. At 89 sqm, on the 4th floor, the unit's internal layout balances privacy and comfort, suited to both end-use and rental investment. Telal Al Qurm's classification as an Integrated Tourism Complex (ITC, July 2024) allows full freehold ownership for non-Omanis — a feature limited to a select number of developments in Muscat. LEED Platinum certification for units within Telal Al Qurm places the project among a select group of Omani residential developments committed to global sustainability standards. Telal Al Qurm's amenities include two 4-star hotels (370+ rooms), an aqua park, and a fully integrated cinema complex, making it a complete lifestyle destination rather than a residential building alone. Telal Al Qurm spans roughly 165,000 sqm and, per the project's master plan, comprises over 1,500 apartments, 46 townhouses and 190 hotel apartments. Beyond its coastal setting, Telal Al Qurm sits close to Muscat's key services — education, healthcare and retail — all within a reasonably short distance. Telal Al Qurm offers this unit on an easy plan: 20% booking down payment, 60% in convenient instalments during construction, and a final 20% handover payment on the expected 2027 delivery.
