Compare the total price before the instalment
A small deposit can be attractive, but the full price and timing of later payments matter more. Request written cash and instalment prices, any large payment at handover and all extra charges. Compare payment plans on their total cost.
Put every payment on a timeline
Some schedules use fixed months while others follow construction milestones. Match each payment against your available funds and ask what the contract says if construction or payment is delayed. A monthly figure alone does not establish affordability.
Distinguish developer and bank finance
A developer payment schedule and a bank loan are different agreements. Confirm who receives each payment and the rules for reservation, cancellation, early repayment and contract transfer. Availability can differ by buyer and unit.
Plans in current advertisements
The properties below mention a payment plan in their listing data. Read its wording on each property page, then ask the seller to confirm the current schedule, amount and availability, especially if the unit price or construction stage has changed.
