Ask for the title deed and plan, the seller’s identity or authority to sell, and confirmation of the project’s classification and the unit’s transferability. For an off-plan purchase, review the sale contract, handover date and payment schedule. Put fees and reservation conditions in writing.
Ownership and residency need separate checks
